of the Week: Beer: Dead Goat Porter Brewery: Goose Island Notes: Nice robust flavors of caramel, chocolate, and roasted malt. A sweet and enjoyable beer. It would go well with a steak seasoned with pepper and garlic or most deserts. If you happen to be in Chicago we definitely recommend it.
